NIST Re-Certification of ennoLogic IR Thermometer

Purchase this service to renew the NIST certificate of your ennoLogic infrared thermometer. Purchase multiple units of this “product” to re-certify more than one thermometer. It is not necessary that you purchased the thermometer on our website, but it has to be a product that came with a NIST certificate.

Description

Follow these four steps to renew the NIST certificate for your ennoLogic infrared thermometer:

  1. Add a “NIST Re-Certification of IR Thermometer” service to your shopping cart for each unit you wish us to re-certify.
  2. Complete the check out process. Make sure the shipping address that you enter is the return shipping address that you want us to return the re-certified product(s) to.
  3. Ship your infrared thermometer(s) to the address below. Make sure to include your order number in the address:

    ennoLogic Calibration Department
    Order Number xxxxx
    2852 Willamette Street #242
    Eugene, OR 97405

  4. After we have received your unit(s), we will complete the re-certification (and if necessary re-calibration) process and contact you when the order is ready to ship. This process typically takes a week, but may take as long as 10 business days. A new NIST certificate will be returned with each unit. Please contact us if you need a pdf version of the certificate as well.

I had 2 IR thermometers that needed calibration. It was easy to purchase the calibrations online and mail them for service. They were calibrated quickly and returned in good working order. One on the thermometers could not be repaired, so they replaced it with a different one. It was much easier than some other calibration services I have used in the past.
