Description
Follow these four steps to renew the NIST certificate for your ennoLogic infrared thermometer:
- Add a “NIST Re-Certification of IR Thermometer” service to your shopping cart for each unit you wish us to re-certify.
- Complete the check out process. Make sure the shipping address that you enter is the return shipping address that you want us to return the re-certified product(s) to.
- Ship your infrared thermometer(s) to the address below. Make sure to include your order number in the address:

Eugene, OR 97405 - After we have received your unit(s), we will complete the re-certification (and if necessary re-calibration) process and contact you when the order is ready to ship. This process typically takes a week, but may take as long as 10 business days. A new NIST certificate will be returned with each unit. Please contact us if you need a pdf version of the certificate as well.
